We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Office Manager who is motivated to excel in the retail automotive industry.
This individual will work closely with the Office Manager, but also be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Provides assistance/supervise office staff

Reconciles schedules

Bank Reconciliations as well as other factory reconciliations

Assists in month end close process

Post all New and Used vehicle purchases

Assist Billing clerk with overflow retail/lease deals

Posting all ACH payments

Report Monthly Sales Tax

Make sure that all accounting schedules are cleaned

Assist Controller with any task needed

Qualifications:
  • Solid working knowledge of accounting office functions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements and collections
  • Prior dealership experience a must
  • Dealertrack DMS experience very helpful
  • Preferred ability to embrace and embody our core values and excellent communication skills
