The Department of Pharmacy Practice-Science and Banner Pharmacy Services is actively seeking a dynamic individual for a jointly funded, full-time clinical non-tenure track position in the area of internal medicine services at Banner University Medical - Phoenix, located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Participatein the area of practice and scholarship in the internal medicine clinic atBanner University Medical Center - Phoenix.
  • Maintainteaching responsibilities at the University of Ariziona College of Pharmacy atthe Phoenix Biomedical Campus.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • PharmDdegree, have completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY2 Residency inAmbulatory Care of equivalent experience.
  • Applicantmust become licensed to practice pharmacy in Arizona.
  • Preferred Qualifications * Board certification in pharmacotherapy or ambulatory care is preferred.

    * Applicants who are not board-certified will be expected to obtain certification within 2 years of obtaining the position.

    *Ability and dedication to develop an innovative patient care practice that fosters positive intra- and inter-professional relationships, and participate in scholarship.

    * Have a commitment to excellence in teaching (didactic and experiential) and training of students, residents, fellows, pharmacists and other health professionals.
